I have always been fascinated by the complexity of the human brain and the miracle of the human body. My lifelong mission is to bridge modern science with ancient healing traditions, helping people cultivate resilience and reconnect with themselves.

My journey began with a deep curiosity about why we think, feel, and act the way we do. This led me to earn an Honours Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology and a Master’s in Neuroscience and Rehabilitation Science from the University of Toronto. While pursuing my education, I also served in the Canadian Armed Forces, where I witnessed firsthand the profound effects of trauma and stress on the human body and mind.

Determined to explore holistic methods of healing, I became a yoga teacher, Thai massage therapist, and registered acupuncturist. My studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine have further enriched my approach, allowing me to blend evidence-based practices with time-honored wisdom. Today, I specialize in helping individuals—especially women navigating menopause and burnout—restore balance, vitality, and well-being through personalized consultations, workshops, and retreats.

I believe true healing happens when we understand and work with our nervous system, integrating movement, breath, and therapeutic touch. Through my work, I am committed to empowering others with the tools to reduce stress, build resilience, and thrive in all aspects of life.
